I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfect with a balcony and view of the Matterhorn, but there were some minor issues like a chipped mirror in the corner. The service was fantastic, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was ideal for nature lovers, surrounded by trees and flowers near many hiking places and the adventure park. The dining experience was good with a variety of options, but it felt a bit like work to order lactose-free milk every morning. Overall, a great experience with some minor flaws.
The hotel had a stunning location below Findlebach Gornergrat station offering beautiful and clean rooms with balconies for better views. The service was top-notch, very accommodating to our needs, and the dining experience was fantastic. However, being a bit far off from the center could result in extra walking.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a good size, clean, with a nice washroom area, but the view was limited to the rooftop of the next building. However, being picked up and dropped off at the train station was a disaster due to extreme heat and a malfunctioning thermostat.
